Common questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The installer walks you through everything — connecting accounts, deploying your bot, and getting your first server running. If you can click buttons and type in Discord, you're set.

Where does my world get saved?

Your world is backed up to your own Google Drive. You own the data — it's not stored on our servers.

Is there a time limit per session?

There are no hard session limits. However, the server restarts for about 5 minutes every 5 hours as a routine maintenance cycle.

What's the difference between Personal and Shared Bot?

Personal gives you your own private Discord bot — deployed automatically by the installer, one-time purchase. Shared Bot uses a shared bot on your server — cheaper monthly, but you don't host the bot yourself.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are available within 14 days if the wizard fails to set up a working server for you. Email support@hollenite.space and we'll sort it out. For Shared Bot subscriptions, you can cancel anytime — no long-term commitment.
